Your safety and well-being are our highest priority. 999jilli believes betting should be fun, entertaining, and always under control.
18+ onlyAt the 999jilli platform, we believe that online betting and casino games should be fun entertainment, never a solution to financial problems. Responsible gaming means keeping your betting activity under control, knowing your limits, and never going beyond what you can afford.
999jilli is actively committed to promoting responsible gaming because we want every one of our players to enjoy gaming in a safe and healthy environment. We know most people play responsibly, but in some cases gaming can become problematic. That's why 999jilli provides various tools and resources to help you stay in control.
999jilli is committed to the safety of every player. We ensure that:
Betting at 999jilli should be a form of entertainment and leisure, not a way to make money. Think of the money you spend as entertainment expenses, just like a cinema ticket or a meal at a restaurant. Never play expecting to win back money you've lost.
Decide before playing how much you can afford to spend. This amount should be such that losing it won't harm your financial situation. At 999jilli you can set monthly or weekly deposit limits to keep you in control.
Allocate specific time for playing and stop after that time. Continuing to play for long periods is a common sign of problematic gaming behavior. Take regular breaks and enjoy other activities.
This is the most dangerous trap of gaming addiction. If you've lost money, accept it and walk away. Trying to win back lost money by playing more usually leads to even greater losses. 999jilli always reminds you that game outcomes always depend on luck, not skill.
If gaming interferes with your social life, work, or education, it may be a problem. Live a balanced life and gaming should only be a small part of your leisure time.
Taking alcohol or other substances while playing weakens your judgment and increases the likelihood of irresponsible decisions. Always be clear-headed when engaging in online betting or casinos.
If you notice any of these signs, you may be developing a gaming problem:
999jilli provides a range of powerful tools to help you control your gaming:
Set the maximum amount you can deposit in a specific period (daily, weekly, monthly). This prevents you from overspending.
Set a maximum time for a gaming session. When time expires, your account will automatically lock.
999jilli offers a free self-assessment tool to help you understand whether your gaming habits are healthy.
If you believe you have a gaming problem, you can temporarily or permanently close your account.
You can choose a cool-off period - typically 24 hours to 7 days - during which you won't be able to play.
999jilli sends you periodic messages about your play and wins-losses so you stay informed with real data.
All these features are available in 999jilli account settings. You can edit your preferences anytime. We strongly recommend you set at least one limit - it helps you stay in control.
Take a few minutes each month to assess yourself. Answer these questions honestly:
Do you keep track of how much you're spending on your play?
Can you stick to your play time limits?
Can you make time for other interests and hobbies?
Can you take a break from gaming?
Is your play not affecting your relationships with family or friends?
Are you never missing school or work because you're playing?
Are you playing to win back lost money?
If any of these questions concern you, please seek help.

If you suspect your child is accessing inappropriate gaming sites online:
A crucial part of responsible gaming is understanding how games work and that the house edge always exists.
999jilli uses independently tested and certified gaming software that ensures all outcomes are truly random and fair. Every game has a specific Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage, which indicates how much players can expect back over the long term.
RTP is the average percentage a game returns to players over time. For example, if a slot game has a 95% RTP, it means over the long term, on average, players can win BDT 95 for every BDT 100 played. The remaining 5% is the house edge.
All casino games and betting have a house edge - this means statistically the house (999jilli) always wins more than players. This is how casinos sustain operations and can offer new games and bonuses. It doesn't mean the games aren't fair; it's simply maths.
When you understand the probability of winning a game, you can set more realistic expectations and feel less disappointed. 999jilli provides detailed information for all games, and you can always ask support.
999jilli gives you complete control over deposit limits, time limits, and self-exclusion options. Set what you want and stay in control.
999jilli always gives you honest information about game rules, odds, and RTP. No hidden information.
999jilli believes player health and well-being are always more important than profit.
